This changelog highlights the improvements we’re rolling out inside the Nivaro Media Growth System. Every update here reflects real changes we’ve made to sharpen lead quality, speed up delivery, tighten CRM performance, and give flooring contractors a smoother, more predictable pipeline.
Faster Lead Routing + New Flooring Segments
Over the past month, we rebuilt several parts of our lead delivery system to make sure flooring and epoxy contractors get better data, faster notifications, and more predictable lead flow. This update focuses on three core areas: routing speed, targeting accuracy, and CRM clarity.
1. Real-time Lead Delivery Overhaul
We transitioned our routing logic to a faster pipeline inside our CRM architecture. Leads now pass through fewer automated checks, cutting the delivery time dramatically.
What this means for clients:
• Lead texts arrive almost instantly
• Better contact rates within the first 5 minutes
• Fewer missed opportunities during high-traffic hours
This improvement came from optimizing our event triggers and reducing unnecessary internal steps that slowed down the process.
2. New Flooring Intent Segments Added
We added new targeting presets designed specifically for the flooring and epoxy space. These include updated categories for:
• LVP full home installs
• Hardwood refinishing
• Tile removal and reinstall
• Epoxy garage coatings
• Concrete polishing
These segments help filter out “window shoppers” and bring in more serious homeowners planning a renovation. Early tests already show an improvement in lead quality and a healthier cost per lead.
3. Cleaner CRM Layout + Tagging
We reorganized key parts of our client CRM structure. Tags, lead stages, and follow-up triggers now fire more consistently and provide a clearer snapshot of what’s happening inside a contractor’s pipeline.
Improvements include:
• More accurate lead tagging
• Cleaner stage progression
• Better separation between estimates, follow-ups, and booked jobs
This makes it easier for clients to understand exactly where every lead is and what action needs to happen next.
4. Better Reporting Visibility
We added new daily metrics inside the dashboard. Contractors can now see:
• Total leads
• Cost-per-lead
• Follow-up speed
• Estimate request conversions
These changes reduce confusion and give clients clearer insight into their performance at a glance.
